Dear father. Are you at home by yourself now? I got letter from Arthurs and Guys today. Please give me guys address. And I have been asking about my suit but can't hear a word - I would like so much if you would only write and tell me. And if you can, give me Rifes house number. I can't write until I find out. A few days seem an awfully long time. And if I do some writing it helps pass away the time, and I like so much to hear from home. So please don't fail to write the first time you get a chance.
